Behold! My first Cayman Cocktail Week event teaser!
Last year during Cocktail Week we created a 'Gin-spirational' workshop with the very talented Cory Scruggs and spread to many people the good word that is GIN at South West Collective. This year we're carrying on the learning/drinking trend and debuting the 'Whisky Lab' for all you drinks enthusiasts.
We'll also (hopefully!) be welcoming back the Whisky King, Arturo Savage, Reserve Portfolio Brand Ambassador at Diageo to help us.
'What is Whisky Lab?' I hear you ask...
WELL, Whisky Lab will be a 2 hour whisky seminar, tasting and blending session where we not only taste and learn about different whiskies from different parts of Scotland but we also get to create our own blend to take home based on our own preferences.
If I can afford lab coats for everyone, I will definitely be buying them too!
Personally, I LOVE whisky and I'm super excited about putting this event together. Even if you're not a whisky drinker, I can guarantee that this will be a fun, inspiring event and you'll be eyeing up the Taliskers and Johnnie Walkers next time you're out!
Nothing like this has ever been done in Cayman before to my knowledge and spaces will be very limited so if you're definitely interested I would suggest sending us a message asap to be put on my list. Venue and details will be shared closer to the date...
